The United Nation’s Digital Impact Alliance (DIAL) has released two new reports that review gaps and innovations that inform work toward Universal Internet Access. Dr. Arjuna Sathiaseelan PI on the RIFE project from University of Cambridge served in the Access advisory panel of DIAL and contributed to the reports based on the work he has been carrying out in the RIFE project.
